I called Precision Garage Doors in the morning because my door had broke. They gave me same day service and arrived when they said. I wasn't home but spoke with there tech Jason on the phone. He replaced the springs, lubricated everything, and ensured the door was balanced. He also gave me tips on how to keep the door in good condition. Jason came and explained how my garage door worked and solved the simply problem that was causing my door not to close all the time. He let me know how to diagnosis and fix any similar problems. There wasn't any pressure tactics to buy unwanted or needed products. I received instructions on how to maintain my garage door. I enjoyed my experience and will use them again in the future.

We are very happy with the service that Precision has provided. Both Kevin and Clayton were early and very professional. We ordered a new door and the turn around from the time the door was ordered to the time it was installed was quicker than I imagined it would be.
