Kevin came on time, calmly reviewed the door and went through several options, never pushy or condescending. Did the work very thoroughly and professionally. Great work, I am very satisfied and will ask for him again. Definitely worth a call if you have problems with your door.

We are very happy with the service that Precision has provided. Both Kevin and Clayton were early and very professional. We ordered a new door and the turn around from the time the door was ordered to the time it was installed was quicker than I imagined it would be. The new door is much quieter than the old one, and we would recommend Precision and all of their techs any time.

The work performed by not only Precision but Jason was great. I needed a new opener and Jason came out with one already on his truck, installed it and had everything working in just a few hours. It was good work, and I appreciate everything they did.

I needed a new door and Jason came to my house and politely showed me all of my options and made the best recommendation for me. The door was installed quickly, but the lock I needed was not included. It was ordered right away and Jason came back within a day or two and installed it. My door and lock are working fine, and I appreciate Jason coming back and coming to put the lock in.

Kevin just installed a new operator because he said my 15yr old Genie was not to code. He installed a Liftmaster 3280 belt drive. I never new there was another type of operator that could be quieter, so when he finished installing it and called me out to show me how it works, I was speachless. This operator is so quiet, I could not believe it was on! No more waking my wife up when I go to work in the morning! Very impressed with the work from Precision!

I was worried when I called that I would have to replace my entire door. Kevin gave me the option of replacing only 2 sections. The cost was much cheaper than replacing the door, and they would match. Got the work done and couldn't be happier. Thanks!

I want to take this time to thank you for your great service. The office was very friendly in taking my call. They made me feel like my broken door was their top priority. Kevin came to my house and his truck was fully loaded, ready to take care of whatever my door was going to throw at him. He had the repair done within an hour and I must say, it is working better than I've seen it do in years. Thank you very much! We'll be calling should anything break later down the road.
