We are very happy with the service that Precision has provided. Both Kevin and Clayton were early and very professional. We ordered a new door and the turn around from the time the door was ordered to the time it was installed was quicker than I imagined it would be. I needed a new door and Jason came to my house and politely showed me all of my options and made the best recommendation for me. The door was installed quickly, but the lock I needed was not included. It was ordered right away and Jason came back within a day or two and installed it. My door and lock are working fine, and I appreciate Jason coming back and coming to put the lock in.

Kevin just installed a new operator because he said my 15yr old Genie was not to code. He installed a Liftmaster 3280 belt drive. I never new there was another type of operator that could be quieter, so when he finished installing it and called me out to show me how it works, I was speachless. This operator is so quiet, I could not believe it was on! No more waking my wife up when I go to work in the morning! Very impressed with the work from Precision!

He was honest about what truly needed to be replaced, and what would last a little longer. After agreeing to the work he recommended, he was efficient in getting the new parts installed.
