Kevin just installed a new operator because he said my 15yr old Genie was not to code. He installed a Liftmaster 3280 belt drive. I never new there was another type of operator that could be quieter, so when he finished installing it and called me out to show me how it works, I was speachless. This operator is so quiet, I could not believe it was on! No more waking my wife up when I go to work in the morning! Very impressed with the work from Precision!

I want to take this time to thank you for your great service. The office was very friendly in taking my call. They made me feel like my broken door was their top priority. Kevin came to my house and his truck was fully loaded, ready to take care of whatever my door was going to throw at him. Jason came to my house and was polite and friendly. He immediately got started to work, and after inspecting my door, went over everything that was wrong with it. He was honest about what truly needed to be replaced, and what would last a little longer. After agreeing to the work he recommended, he was efficient in getting the new parts installed. I was very impressed with your company, starting from the time I booked my appointment. Tina scheduled me on Sunday, which is surprising that a company is open 7 days a week. My technician, Jason, was early for our appointment, and Tina even called me when he was on the way to let me know. I didn't have to sit around for hours waiting for him to arrive. He was polite and cleaned up after himself when the work was finished. He had all the parts needed to fix my door on his truck, so he was in and out. Extremely satisfied. Please let upper management know of his great work!

Precision Door just saved me from failing my finals! My car was stuck in our garage and if I had missed that final exam I would have failed.
