I had a broken garage door that I couldn't get to go up or down. I called Precision and they dispatched a technician-"Joe" right away. He was at my home within 90 minutes. I decided to replace my original 25+ year old original door with a new aluminum insulated garage door. Joe did not pressure me in any way to purchase the door vs. repair the old one. He said he could replace it that day, but I suggested a more convenient day a couple days later. He was able to lower the old door so that our garage would be secure until the replacement was done. The new door was installed two days later. Joe was professional, knowledgable and conscientious about his work. We are Very pleased with the new door and updated look. I will recommend Precision in the future. Joe did a great job cleaning up as well! Thank you!

Door was fixed within 3 hours of my initial call. Had left msg night before with another company and are still waiting for their return call. Matt was very professional, efficient and personable. Hour and a half to do complete inspection, explain other possible upgrades, do repairs with better parts, and show me what and how to lubricate. Although I chose not to do upgrades, they were well founded and he was not pushy. Not sure how anyone could get better service.

We are very happy with the service that Precision has provided. Both Kevin and Clayton were early and very professional. We ordered a new door and the turn around from the time the door was ordered to the time it was installed was quicker than I imagined it would be. I needed a new door and Jason came to my house and politely showed me all of my options and made the best recommendation for me. The door was installed quickly, but the lock I needed was not included. It was ordered right away and Jason came back within a day or two and installed it.
