The service was outstanding, and I have just flowing applause for the quality of the work performed. I used Precision for the original install and I will always use them for any repairs or service because they really do quality and precision work. The service technician was very knowledgeable and took great care in doing the repair. He also gave me some valuable tips for maintaining my door as well. Great Service. The only hiccup was that there was a delay on the time or arrival due to the original technician's truck problems. I would have liked for the office to have called and informed me more of the issue rather than me having to call several times to check on the change in arrival time. Thanks, Stan Moore

Outstanding service!! Matt M not only fixed the obvious problem (failed high tension spring), but he explained in detail what could/should be replaced to get the garage door in top working order. His honesty was evident by explaining which parts did not need to be replaced and why. He explained the workings of the garage door so I clearly understood everything, and he showed me how to conduct regular preventive maintenance to keep the door working for a long time. I would recommend Precision to anyone!

I had a broken garage door that I couldn't get to go up or down. I called Precision and they dispatched a technician-"Joe" right away. He was at my home within 90 minutes. I decided to replace my original 25+ year old original door with a new aluminum insulated garage door. Joe did not pressure me in any way to purchase the door vs. repair the old one. He said he could replace it that day, but I suggested a more convenient day a couple days later. He was able to lower the old door so that our garage would be secure until the replacement was done. The new door was installed two days later. Joe was professional, knowledgable and conscientious about his work. We are Very pleased with the new door and updated look. I will recommend Precision in the future. Joe did a great job cleaning up as well! Thank you!

Door was fixed within 3 hours of my initial call. Had left msg night before with another company and are still waiting for their return call. Matt was very professional, efficient and personable. Hour and a half to do complete inspection, explain other possible upgrades, do repairs with better parts, and show me what and how to lubricate. Although I chose not to do upgrades, they were well founded and he was not pushy. Not sure how anyone could get better service.

Overall, I've been very satisfied with the way Precision does business. Ralph came out and took measurements for my door and had it ordered for me the same day. Clayton came out a couple days later and had the entire door up in a few hours
