Jim was able to address all of my concerns and questions that I had along with an evaluation which provided great detail as to what was going on with our doors. So far so good... Ralph came out ealier than the appt time, calling ahead to check if that was okay. I was at work so he dealt with my Son, but Ralph kept me in the loop the whole time via phone. Gave what I felt was a fair report on the condition of my door and the benefits of replacing the door as opposed to just repairing it. We decided to replace the door and as of right now, the door has been ordered and we are awaiting delivery of the special order door(due to its unique size). So far I have been pleased with every aspect of the service provided by Precision and more specifically from Ralph.
