Quote for a new system to open garage doors, including safety reverse. Technician explained everything thoroughly and was professional. However he did break one of my garage doors so that it wouldn't open - he said not to worry since they would be back in a few days to put in the system! Not exactly ideal, but okay....

Jason came to my house and once he got there, performed an inspection and told me that I needed to replace a gear on my door. He placed the order for the new gear and was back in a couple days putting the new part on. Jason is great and I will keep using Precision Garage Doors in the future.

Ralph came and installed a new control for me. Once he installed it he explained how to use it. He also inspected the entire door's hardware system and showed me where possible problems may come up in the future and how to make the hardware on the door last longer.
