Matthew was my technician and the work was performed on 5/27/19. He arrived timely and was very knowledgeable about garage doors in general and the specific issue (replacement of the spring) he came to repair. He offered options related to the repair and walked me through how the mechanisms should work. Most important to me is that he was patient and answered all of my questions. I would highly recommend this company for garage repair needs.

My aim was to get a routine garage door tune-up. It turned out that that the technician, Matthew, discovered it had not totally been installed correctly when the townhouse was built 4+ years ago. He fixed the issue and recommended two other optional plans which I declined on the basis that I have my house up for sale. Matthew was extremely professional and very polite. He explained all options very clearly. He is a company asset.

So, for two weeks in a row I had to call Precision to come fix my garage door. Two different unrelated problems. Both times they fit me right into the schedule when it was convenient for me. Both times they called before they arrived and arrived within the original two hour window and within the time they gave when they called to say they were on the way. Both times they were courteous and helpful and did the job correctly and did exactly what needed to be done. At no time was I pressured to do more or buy more. I was informed of what would need done in the future and an estimate for those jobs when needed was also given. Service was great. Precision is now on speed dial!

Corey was the tech that came out. First, I called just to get some info...it was a Sunday and I really expected to be leaving a voicemail. Instead, a rep answered and provided me info and some pricing for what I wanted. It all sounded good and then he said a tech could be out the following day on Monday! I could not do it that quick so they asked when I could, I told them that I could be home by 4 in the afternoon the next day...they said ok! I tech was scheduled to come out between 4-6. Corey called, introduced himself and informed me when he was about 30 minutes away from arriving. He was knowledgeable and polite, did a good job and I got the sense he cared about my property. I love my new LiftMaster 8355...with new rollers, it is SUPER quiet, plus the app works great and replaces the need for the remotes; can access everything with my iPhone. I would definitely recommend this company.

Five Stars for sure in correcting a problem with the door. They called to ask me if I wanted to move my appointment up a day after they had a cancellation this afternoon. I appreciated the fact that he explained very thing he did and then I choose what I want to have repaired that day. My son was visiting from out of town and I had him listen in on the conversation between Matthew and myself. He commented on what a nice job he did at explaining the problem.
