Jesse came out to replace a spring on our Garage Door and found some loose bolts in the meantime. He didn't say a word, he didn't charge me a dime, he just noticed they were loose and tightened them up. It's the extra stuff that makes me happy. Thank you!

I had a garage door spring break, and when the technician got to our home, he already had a spring on his truck to make the repair happen on the spot!
