But where Ralph really shined was when my older door opener was not lining the door up correctly, he took the time to correct it be realigning it and now it works better than it has in years! Thanks Ralph for taking the time to do the job right the first time!!

Jim came to my house after there was a problem with one of the sections on my door. He performed a detailed inspection and quickly found the problem. Then he demonstrated all the problems, went over all of the warranty issues, showed me where problem was, and proceeded to order a new section to get the door back in working order for me. Ralph is a very nice and competent nice service person. Definitely keep him in your service. He doesn't try to up sell or have you buy things you don't need. He makes suggestions for improvement based on what he finds but doesn't force the issue. I wish there were more service men like him. I would definitely have Ralph come to my house again.
