Again, your quick response to my urgent call about failure of my garage door opener was great and the appointment was earlier than I dared to hope for. Matthew and Paul rapidly reviewed my door problem and advised me that due to the age of my current opener, the loss of range was a frequently found. He explained the options available to us and fully answered all our questions in a manner that ensured we understand the best option for us. He had to order the new opener we selected and made an appointment to return tomorrow to install it. Although we had been hoping to an option other than purchase of a new opener, we are comfortable with the necessary decision to replace the old opener. As in the past your technicians have always provided quick and full five star service to our satisfactory. Thanks for everything.

Patrick did a general overall inspection and replaced the weather stripping on the bottom of the door. My garage door jammed closed because of a broken spring, trapping a car and lawn tractors inside and I desperately needed to cut grass. Contacted Precision and a technician came out the next morning, replaced both door springs, showed me where some nuts were missing or loose, and gave me pointers on proper door maintenance. Impressed by the timeliness and competence of the technician. I would recommend Precision without hesitation!

Matthew called 20 minutes before he arrived during the scheduled appt. window on a Sunday(no surcharge)...he inspected our door, explained the estimate, and did a nice job of replacing the broken door spring and fine tuning the door opener in a very timely manner. I would recommend them, this is the second time I have used their service, two thumbs up.

Great Service! My garage door broke a spring on the right side of the door. Called Precision and they sent a technician (Kevin) to my house on the day after the call. Kevin quickly diagnosed the problem and recommended a complete spring replacement. The original springs were installed over 11 years ago and they were not customized to the garage door that we had bought about 4 years ago. He said the garage door opener itself was fine and should last many more years. He made the installation within 2 hours and the garage door moves up and down better than ever. Very happy with his professionalism and competence! Recommend Precision to anyone needing help with their garage door openers. Ask for Kevin ;-)
