Patrick and Max came out for my service call. Patrick was training Max. Max did the work with Patrick’s guidance while Patrick answered questions. They did exceptional work, answered any and all questions, while providing humor and honest opinions on future services. Spring repair; broken torsion spring. My technician (Corey) was prompt, professional, knowledgeable, and proficient. He thoroughly briefed me on the results of his inspection of my door, and developed 3 different quotes for levels of service. I elected to have my torsion bar bearing replaced in addition to my torsion springs, as well as a full lubrication service. While I can't speak to the competitiveness of the pricing, I can say that the service provided was outstanding. Highly recommend.

You can tell he has done this before and we felt very confident that he knew what he was talking about and we trusted his recommendations. His job looks like artwork on our ceiling!!! We had Precision Door come out to give us an estimate on fixing a broken spring in our garage door. My wife was home when they arrived and she immediately felt like she was getting the condescending “this woman won’t know if we are overcharging her” sales pitch. She was told that because of the proprietary lift system that the CHEAPEST option to get the door operable again was going to be over $800. There were *no* other options given. She told them no thank you. We later had multiple quotes given to us and *every single quote* was under $300. Needless to say we went with another service and now have a fully functional garage door for ONE THIRD the minimum cost we were quoted by Precision. And Precision’s $85 service call fee adds insult to injury. We had to pay them $85 to come out to our home and try to rip us off. I wouldn’t recommend Precision if they were the last garage door service on Earth. I’d rather live with a broken garage door than give these crooks a penny.

Again, your quick response to my urgent call about failure of my garage door opener was great and the appointment was earlier than I dared to hope for. Matthew and Paul rapidly reviewed my door problem and advised me that due to the age of my current opener, the loss of range was a frequently found. He explained the options available to us and fully answered all our questions in a manner that ensured we understand the best option for us. He had to order the new opener we selected and made an appointment to return tomorrow to install it. Although we had been hoping to an option other than purchase of a new opener, we are comfortable with the necessary decision to replace the old opener. As in the past your technicians have always provided quick and full five star service to our satisfactory. Thanks for everything.

My garage door jammed closed because of a broken spring, trapping a car and lawn tractors inside and I desperately needed to cut grass. Contacted Precision and a technician came out the next morning, replaced both door springs, showed me where some nuts were missing or loose, and gave me pointers on proper door maintenance. Impressed by the timeliness and competence of the technician. I would recommend Precision without hesitation!

Matthew called 20 minutes before he arrived during the scheduled appt. window on a Sunday(no surcharge)...he inspected our door, explained the estimate, and did a nice job of replacing the broken door spring and fine tuning the door opener in a very timely manner. I would recommend them, this is the second time I have used their service, two thumbs up.
