I had a garage door spring break, and when the technician got to our home, he already had a spring on his truck to make the repair happen on the spot! The office called us when he was on the way, which was great. I didn't have to sit around and wonder all morning when he was coming. I am happy to say that after conducting business with Precision Doors I am a happy camper. I honestly thought it would be different and I would have to spend a great deal of money. Wow! Kevin is an amazing man. Let me start by telling you that Kevin is a great aspect to your company. Kevin is very polite, comprehensive who really knows what he is talking about. Jesse came out to replace a spring on our Garage Door and found some loose bolts in the meantime. He didn't say a word, he didn't charge me a dime, he just noticed they were loose and tightened them up. It's the extra stuff that makes me happy. Thank you!
