Wow. Great, friendly service. I needed my broken spring replaced. They coordinated a time that worked in my schedule, came out the same day, and did a great job. They even gave me a few maintenance tips. I would highly recommend them.

Great Service! My garage door broke a spring on the right side of the door. Called Precision and they sent a technician (Kevin) to my house on the day after the call. Kevin quickly diagnosed the problem and recommended a complete spring replacement. The original springs were installed over 11 years ago and they were not customized to the garage door that we had bought about 4 years ago. He said the garage door opener itself was fine and should last many more years. He made the installation within 2 hours and the garage door moves up and down better than ever. Very happy with his professionalism and competence! Recommend Precision to anyone needing help with their garage door openers. Ask for Kevin ;-)

We noticed this morning that the wall unit garage door opener was flashing, and the two remotes were not working. Not knowing what we could do, I called your company to see if someone might be available today in the Stafford area. Kayla determined that Jed Hawk would be available between 2:00 and 5:00. Later in the afternoon, it was learned that Jed was running late for the appointment. First Heather, then later someone else called to advise of the slippage and to apologize for the inconvenience, and I assured them that we would be home. Jed finally arrived at 7:10, and he also apologized for the inconvenience. After we discussed the basic problem, Jed was able to correct the problem very quickly. I also asked him if he had an additional remote for a third vehicle I now have, and when he verified that he did, he again very quickly was able to get it programmed to work with my opener. During our conversation I inquired about renewing our annual preventive maintenance visits. He immediately agreed that he could do a complete inspection this evening to preclude me having to reschedule a visit. This excellent customer service reminded me why I immediately called your company to correct my problem. I had used Precision Garage Door company for a few years in 2009 through 2011 and the service by Jim Rost. The service today shows that your company is still at the top of the service providers in the garage door business. Thanks very much to all of your staff members who assisted me today, particularly Jed Hawk. They all deserve my appreciation and represented your company in the manner you desire.

Our door opener was broken -- I called you Sunday night and at around 9:30 Monday morning your techs arrived. They inspected our entire system, made the required repair and recommend a few PM issues that needed to be addressed. They fixed my door, cleaned up after themselves. They were very professional. Just wanted to say thank you. The technician was scheduled to be at my home between 8am and 11am. He was here at 8am sharp, he was very professional, very polite and very informative. He did a complete inspection of both garage doors ever tho i only called for one door. He then explained to me what i needed done and gave me the total price before he ever started. He did a fantastic job the door works great and he even took extra time to explain the work he had done and on top of that he checked out the operation of my garage door opener which wasnt even include in the proposal. My technicians name was Sean Mello and i would recommend him and precision door service to anyone with garage door issues. This was by far some of the best service I have ever received. Ralph came out during some very hot and humid weather and performed his inspect. When he was done, he told me what needed repair. I had no idea that there was so much wrong with my door and I'm glad that I called the pros to get it fixed properly.
