saw the ad in the telephone book and was impressed that all emergencies were covered. The email followups really gave me confidence that the company know what it is doing. The Service tech was very professional and knowledgeable. He explained what the problem was and then went to work. After the door was working, he cleaned up and then explained what he fixed. Would definitely use Precision in future.

I called Precision on a Friday and got service promptly on the Sunday. Jason A. was assigned and he gave me a courtesy call early morning. He arrived on schedule and after his inspection he provided me an explanation of what was wrong (tension spring failure) and the quote to repair. Jason did the work in a professional manner and my garage door is back in service. Great job and thank you!

Ralph did a great job. Friendly and competent. Falls Run retirement community has 800 homes, most of which are 10 years old or approaching 10 years.
