One word describes the experience: outstanding. Our door fractured a hinge and they were out within 6 hours with a competent and knowledgeable technician who explained what was wrong and offered reasonable options to resolve the issue. I was particularly taken by the fact that we had a rep from another company out only 10 months earlier who missed the issues which were identified. Bottom line: worth the money and then some.

I had Precision Garage Door install a new garage door opener. Technician arrived on time, surveyed the work to be done and prepared a wriiten estimate/work order for my authorization. The new unit was installed flawlessly. The technician was extremely nice to walk me through all operations of the new unit. No headaches or problems. The estimate given over the phone was the exact cost of the work....so there were no surprises. Great experience...will use them again!

We were desperate for our garage door to be fixed. I just had knee surgery and could ONLY get in and out that door. I called late in the day - after 6 p.m. - and they answered and set me up for a repair the next morning. The scheduler was able to very quickly schedule our repairs. We were notified who our service tech would be with a picture. He arrived on time, was extremely friendly and walked us through what was required. He completed the service is less time than he estimated, cleaned the area and then took the time to explain what regular servicing we could do to extend the life of all the mechanism. I was extremely impressed.
