I called,spoke with a real person,who gave me an appointment within a few hours,was emailed confirmation and information and photo of the service technician, who arrived in a timely fashion, was very polite,explained what needed to be done with options, and did a good job. Actually, I had used the services of Precision some time ago while living in Maryland. The services I received at that time were very good, so I decided to go with Precision once again. Having certified technicians and being fully insured played a major part in choosing Precision the first time and this time as well. The technician was a bit later than the proposed time but with the traffic woes I could understand. I am satisfied overall.

After my daughter crashed in to the garage door, I needed the door repaired quickly because I could not close up and secure my garage. I called Precision and spoke with Cassie who understood my security concerns and helped me schedule a repair appointment within 24 hours. She was polite, efficient, and pleasant. Precision did an excellent job of presenting their technicians and safety proceedures. I knew exactly who would be coming to my home and and what time. The technician, Jason, was polite and very helpful. He figured out the least expensive way to repair the garage door and completed his work with little fuss or mess. My overall experience with Precision is five stars!

I called Precision on a Friday and got service promptly on the Sunday. Jason A. was assigned and he gave me a courtesy call early morning. He arrived on schedule and after his inspection he provided me an explanation of what was wrong (tension spring failure) and the quote to repair. Jason did the work in a professional manner and my garage door is back in service. Great job and thank you!

The technician arrived on time and worked nonstop for 4.5 hours. He replaced every component of the door except for the operator (it worked fine and did not need replacing). The door was an exact copy of the original door in place for 16 years. The door worked perfectly and the install was done professionally. Had a problem the next day with the door not closing. Problem was caused by an object getting lodged in the door track. This was my fault but the company quickly sent a technician to assist. I appreciate the sense of urgency to respond to our call. A couple of issues to mention: 1. The door has a vacation lock that secures the door when engaged manually. The warranty information states that installing a vacation lock with an electric operator will void the warranty. Is this correct? 2. When asked about lubricating the door hinges, the technician stated that I should use a silicon-based lubricant. The owners manual states that a non-silicon-based lubricant should be used. Which is correct? Thanks!
