Kevin was helpful, noticed a number of issues beyond broken spring - I got the expected up-sell but he was professional, factual, and did not pressure me at all, he was doing his job and I have no quibble with that. In fact, we will upgrade the lift system probably end of the year, just not now. Price was in line with what I researched in advance so no issues there either. Quality work (so far, it's been only 24 hours). When we upgrade lift system I will call them again. By all accounts I think I got a fair deal for good, prompt work. Hard to beat that.

Precision found someone who came in less than two hours of my call. He knew what he was doing, explained the options, and skillfully carried out the work. Very personable on top of all that.
