Internet search and there was a Prince William County number. I was surprised that even though there are these numbers that the office and techs still come from Fredericksburg. That is along haul out to other Northern VA areas especially early on weekdays. You should consider adding a location closer to the McLean / Fairfax area is my guess. Everything was great however. No issues. Jon did a great job, he communicated his arrival time in advance, and he did a full inspection of the door even though I was just replacing the key pad.

Outstanding service. Service was routine maintenance & repair of wiring/controls. Service was transparent, friendly & expeditious. Some things I thought needed replacement were quickly repaired. Estimates were given on damage that should (one day) be addressed, but there was not 'hard sell' at all. There is a veteran discount, which I appreciate. I put Precision in my rolodex.

He arrived timely and was very knowledgeable about garage doors in general and the specific issue (replacement of the spring) he came to repair. He offered options related to the repair and walked me through how the mechanisms should work. Most important to me is that he was patient and answered all of my questions. We had another terrific experience with Precision. Early on a Saturday morning, we discovered our 20 year old garage door would not open. A closer examination revealed the door spring had failed. Within 3 hours of calling the service number, Kevin, a 20 year garage door veteran, was at our home. He quickly diagnosed the failure, offered various options, and in 90 minutes had replaced the failed spring mechanism and other failing hinges. I cannot think how emergency service could have been better. Very impressive.

He showed me beautiful options for garage door replacement that would work well with the design if our home, left an estimate for future reference and a glossy color brochure with photos and colors. He was warm, professional, and low key. We will definitely hire him when we decide to replace our door which is over 49 years old. Highly recommend!

Spring repair; broken torsion spring. My technician (Corey) was prompt, professional, knowledgeable, and proficient. He thoroughly briefed me on the results of his inspection of my door, and developed 3 different quotes for levels of service. I elected to have my torsion bar bearing replaced in addition to my torsion springs, as well as a full lubrication service. While I can't speak to the competitiveness of the pricing, I can say that the service provided was outstanding. Highly recommend.

They came within the promised arrival time after calling ahead to warn of their arrival and were exceedingly polite, precise and careful in all their repairs.
