Matthew was my technician and the work was performed on 5/27/19. He arrived timely and was very knowledgeable about garage doors in general and the specific issue (replacement of the spring) he came to repair. He offered options related to the repair and walked me through how the mechanisms should work. Most important to me is that he was patient and answered all of my questions. I would highly recommend this company for garage repair needs.

The tech was on time and told us what the issue was and gave us 2 options, the 1st option was the least expensive but would not resolve the problem but would get the garage door working, the second was was quite a bit more but would take care of the entire issue. In the end we went with the more expensive option since we didn't want any other issues in the near future. The work was done in a very timely manor and everything was explained to us before and after the job was complete, the only issue that I have is that I did not do my research and cost comparison so the price of the repair seemed quite high but we needed it to be done and the job was quickly and done well. 3 Stars for the cost of the repair 5+ stars for the tech and the quality of his work. I would recommend the service after you do the research for the repairs to be done.

They came within the promised arrival time after calling ahead to warn of their arrival and were exceedingly polite, precise and careful in all their repairs. They obviously take great pride in their work. They replaced the springs and did a full servicing job that resulted in an extremely quiet garage door function. Will gladly recommend this service.

My aim was to get a routine garage door tune-up. It turned out that that the technician, Matthew, discovered it had not totally been installed correctly when the townhouse was built 4+ years ago. He fixed the issue and recommended two other optional plans which I declined on the basis that I have my house up for sale. Matthew was extremely professional and very polite. He explained all options very clearly. He is a company asset.

Matthew called to let me know he was on his way. On arrival he examined the told and was able to tell me exactly what needed to be done to repair the problem. He also gave me 3 options and estimates for each in case I didn't want it all done at once. He completed everything in an hour, and walked me through what was done. He earned 5 stars. I would first like to comment on Matthew. What a fine young man. He was on time, very thorough with checking out the problem with my garage door. I appreciated the fact that he explained very thing he did and then I choose what I want to have repaired that day. My son was visiting from out of town and I had him listen in on the conversation between Matthew and myself. He commented on what a nice job he did at explaining the problem. I was so glad he had all the parts and wouldn't need to come back for a second time. The receptionist were very personable as well.
