My appointment was scheduled first thing the next morning. Jim arrive right on time, inspected the door and made very logical recommendations. He replaced the springs, lubricated everything, and ensured the door was balanced. He also gave me tips on how to keep the door in good condition. My experience was excellent and I plan to use your company for annual maintenance checks in the future.

Super fast and professional service. My wife couldnâ??t get out of the garage (and on to work!) that morning and was happy to have Jim show up within 30 mins of making the call. He explained we needed to replace the spring and other suggestions. After giving us the sticker shock ;-) he proceeded to quickly get on with the repairs and was done in approximately an hour as promised. I also appreciate the advance confirmation email with Jimâ??s pictureâ??so my wife knew what heâ??d look like. All in all great service! Thanks

Jim came to my house after there was a problem with one of the sections on my door. He performed a detailed inspection and quickly found the problem. Then he demonstrated all the problems, went over all of the warranty issues, showed me where problem was, and proceeded to order a new section to get the door back in working order for me.
