I called Precision on a Friday and got service promptly on the Sunday. Jason A. was assigned and he gave me a courtesy call early morning. He arrived on schedule and after his inspection he provided me an explanation of what was wrong (tension spring failure) and the quote to repair. Jason did the work in a professional manner and my garage door is back in service. Great job and thank you!

We found Precision Doors in the Yellow Pages shortly after the torsion spring on our garage door snapped. We called first thing in the morning and were given an appointment window for that same morning. We were sent an email with the name of the technician scheduled to repair our garage door. Jason, our technician, did a great job. He arrived well within the specified window and completed the job early. Jason was very professional: he ensured that I knew what he was doing every step of the way, what I would need to do to adequately maintain our repaired door, and that the work site was thoroughly cleaned. Your ad was the one most visiable in the yellow pages. I isolated on the same day service. Scheduled an appt. late saturday 22nd for a sunday 23Dec12 visit. Frankly, one of the most pleasent, rapid, comprehensive service iterations I have experienced.
