The part that was broken and needed to be replaced yesterday was not related to any of the work previously provided. Unfortunately, our pricing for repair and parts are a reflection of the dramatic increase in everything from fuel, insurance, and parts cost across the board. The good news is that we were able to provide the repair in less than 24 hours of your call, the technician arrived on time, and completed the work in a timely manner. For a 15 min job, I paid $200....$125 service fee...just to come to my house and a $79 maint fee....and all the person did was tighten up and lube things...he tried to say I needed a new bar connecting the garage door to the door opener (for steel doors) ...I said no, & your company installed my garage door opener in the first place, why did they install the bar I have??...then he told me my sensors were too high...no one has ever told me that and your company has done all my prior services...not a great service for the price....

Your inspection reports over the past several years reflect each technician stating the ORB (operator reinforcement bracket) was missing and the recommendation was included each time in an estimate. While our records do not show an invoice for installing a new operator, we did replace the battery backup in 2019. Again, our apologies for not meeting your expectations as this is contrary to the service we strive to provide each and every day for our customers. Cameron came by introduced himself, was very helpful in the explanation of the operation of the garage door opener, and was quick, tidy, and professional with the installation. He took the time to walk my wife and I through the download of the garage door opener application and the pairing of our phones prior to his departure. Called the company and two hours the later the tech was at the door the same day. Cameron was our Tech and did a great job. Appreciate his efforts and professionalism fixing our garage door. He gave us all the options for us to make the right decision. We were also misquoted for the price of the job and Cameron came back to fix it saving us $100s. We will hire them again!

Easy and accommodating from start to finish. I called this morning and had an appointment set up for the same day, and the technician called within 2 hours to say he could arrive earlier than scheduled if preferable. Despite our garage being problematically full at best, he was polite, courteous and helpful. He explained fully what was needed, and why and quickly and efficiently finished the job. Very much appreciated!

The whole experience was fantastic. From scheduling the appointment on Sunday to Cameron's arrival today. They took the time to explain everything to include providing options for fixing the problem. Once option was selected he went right to work fixing the problem. Over an hour later he was finished and everything was cleaned-up. I would definitely call them again.

Great service before the service appointment and with our technician. Stone called with arrival time and did a thorough inspection and explained what he found and how he would fix the problem. Stone was my technician. He explained several repair options after giving the door a safety inspection. I am a hoverer and Stone did not seem to mind. He paused and answered any question I had. He seemed very knowledgeable about every aspect of garage door science. I appreciate that he offered several options but did not try to hard sell any particular choice. While my electric door opener was not part of the service, before he left, he insured that the door closed properly, both manually and electrically. It was a pleasure to have Stone service my garage door.

They replaced the motors on my garage doors recently. Within 2-3months, one of the metal plates detached from the door. It cost me $330 to have them come out and spend 20 minutes fixing their shoddy work. They will gouge you! Avoid if possible.
