Precision door had a technician come out quickly. Max was great to deal with and he explained the garage door issues in detail. He took the time to find the root of our old garage door problems. The solution was a lot less expensive than what it could have been. I would recommend this company and Max as well.

I was told by the technician Patrick, that he would give me a 90 day warranty on only the parts he installed which were 2-high cycle tempered springs. However, after he called the office, they declined to honor that. It isn't alot to ask, that you should give a warranty on the parts you install. And at the very least, have consistency with the tech & office as to what's been promised to the customer. :(

Customer satisfaction and customer safety are our priority. Per our conversation, we are glad to know you are pleased with the service provided. As you mentioned, your car was trapped and you reached out to other companies that were not able to provide service for several days. We were able to service your garage door and broken spring within an hour of your phone call. We apologize for the misunderstanding and misinformation regarding the warranty. Per the technician’s inspection report, there were many issues with your garage door and mechanical lift system. He provided 3 options and you selected option 1, which was what we call a “band aide” repair. Precision has specific warranty guidelines, and the minimal repair does not include a warranty. Option 2 has a 90 day warranty and option 3, which addresses and fixes all issues, has a one year warranty on parts and labor. Sincerely, Suzanne, Managing Director / PDS Northern Virginia

We suddenly had a broken garage door spring and so look through websites and found this company (trustworthy, legitimate, photos showing who they are, etc.). Called and spoke W/Suzanne and she sent a tech's name Max. He was great and outstanding at explaining how every thing works and all the upcoming info about garage door. Max was great, very informative. I like the fact that the company sent his photo ahead of time, he called that he was running early and if it was ok to come early. He checked out our garage top to bottom and gave great recommendations, didn't try to sell things that were not necessary. Great company!! Called early in the morning as my spring snapped and cars were trapped in the garage. Talked with Suzanne, who quickly got us setup with Max for an appointment. Max arrived early and diagnosed the issues with our door and provided recommendations that were clearly needed. Within about 2-1/4 hours the work was completed and we could not believe the difference in the operation of the door. Soooo smooth and quiet, just as Max had indicated. Max did impeccable work , at the highest quality. Highly recommend Precision's work. They have a great team working for them!!!!

I chose Precision after looking at the great reviews. Max did a wonderful job repairing a garage door spring and shaft that had been repaired by another company only six months ago but failed. He fully explained the options and exactly what was covered and what was not covered. When done, Max showed me everything he had done and what I needed to do to keep the door in good working condition. Excellent work!

Precision's response to our emergency call to fix a non-working garage door operator was awesome. Scheduling the service call by phone was quick and Max, the technician arrived within a couple of hours. We were impressed with his professional appraisal and quick diagnosis and repair of the electronic malfunctions in our Genie safety sensor. Max also took the time to check the mechanical components of our garage door and cheerfully shared maintenance tips on how we homeowners can keep aging equipment in good shape. He clearly knew his stuff and loved the customer service part of his job. Precision is on our rolodex for future service needs!

When my garage door opener suddenly died, I called Precision. They sent a technician that same afternoon. Max couldn't have been more professional, courteous and helpful. He did an expert job installing a new opener, and showed me where the rubber at the bottom of the door needed to be replaced to keep out "critters." He was very careful about disinfecting everything he touched and keeping a safe distance. When he came back to replace the rubber and it was like seeing an old friend who cared about keeping me safe.

The spring on our garage door broke and Max, your Tech Specialist, was right on time. He called ahead and confirmed his arrival time. When he arrived he was really friendly and very respectful of us and our home. He explained the work required and in great detail what my options were.
