Just wanted to say thank you. The technician was scheduled to be at my home between 8am and 11am. He was here at 8am sharp, he was very professional, very polite and very informative. He did a complete inspection of both garage doors ever tho i only called for one door. He then explained to me what i needed done and gave me the total price before he ever started. He did a fantastic job the door works great and he even took extra time to explain the work he had done and on top of that he checked out the operation of my garage door opener which wasnt even include in the proposal. My technicians name was Sean Mello and i would recommend him and precision door service to anyone with garage door issues. Thank you Sean and precision door service you should commend Sean as a valued employee. Thanks again Roy

VERY PLEASED! The installation team showed up promptly and installed my door in no time at all. The quality of the materials is excellent and the style compliments our house. This was by far some of the best service I have ever received. Ralph came out during some very hot and humid weather and performed his inspect. When he was done, he told me what needed repair. I had no idea that there was so much wrong with my door and I'm glad that I called the pros to get it fixed properly. I've used this company in the past and the professionalism displayed will keep me coming back any time I need some work done in the future.

Your ad was the one most visiable in the yellow pages. I isolated on the same day service. Scheduled an appt. late saturday 22nd for a sunday 23Dec12 visit. My garage door spring broke so Ralph inspected my whole system and discussed all repairs, maintenance and price with me before he began the work. He was great. But where Ralph really shined was when my older door opener was not lining the door up correctly, he took the time to correct it be realigning it and now it works better than it has in years! Thanks Ralph for taking the time to do the job right the first time!!

Jim came to my house after there was a problem with one of the sections on my door. He performed a detailed inspection and quickly found the problem. Then he demonstrated all the problems, went over all of the warranty issues, showed me where problem was, and proceeded to order a new section to get the door back in working order for me. Ralph is a very nice and competent nice service person. Definitely keep him in your service. He doesn't try to up sell or have you buy things you don't need. He makes suggestions for improvement based on what he finds but doesn't force the issue. I wish there were more service men like him. I would definitely have Ralph come to my house again.
