Long time client. Had an issue with one of my remotes. Justin arrived on time, early in fact, and promptly showed me my choices of replacements and tested the unit out from a distance. The whole experience was fantastic. From scheduling the appointment on Sunday to Cameron's arrival today. They took the time to explain everything to include providing options for fixing the problem. Once option was selected he went right to work fixing the problem. Over an hour later he was finished and everything was cleaned-up. I would definitely call them again.
