Precision Garage Door has always been dedicated to bringing you REAL, fair and honest reviews. We receive reviews from our customers through many different mediums. To make our reviews more transparent, we have decided to reveal how exactly these reviews get here.

Types of Reviews


This review was a "Report Card Submission". We ask our customers to fill out a "report card", like the one pictured below, at the completion of every job. The star rating is an average of how the technician performed in knowledge, promptness, courtesy, ability to finish the job quickly and in one visit, clean up of the job site and overall quality of the finished work. To add transparency to our business we make these public on our website.


At the completion of every job we ask our customers to review our business on our website. Their comments are reviewed manually for inappropriate language and then posted to the website unedited.

This review was a "Telephone Submission". Often after work is completed we conduct a telephone survey to ensure complete satisfaction with the work we did. With permission, Comments from these calls are transcribed and displayed on our website.

This review was an "E-mail Submission". Sometimes our customers send us emails to let us know more about how we performed. With their permission these are posted to the site.

This review was a "Postal Mail Submission". Our customers send us letters through traditional postal mail reviewing our performance. When they do, we transcribe it and place it on our website.

Fast, fixed it easily, the technicial was really nice, and I liked the upfront pricing. My only issue was that I was charged $69 for other incidentals like "fluid" which was a bit of a surprise. Otherwise, super easy. Would recommend again!

We were desperate for our garage door to be fixed. I just had knee surgery and could ONLY get in and out that door. I called late in the day - after 6 p.m. - and they answered and set me up for a repair the next morning. Jim gave me a few options and was very thorough in explaining what was happening, and he had it fixed within the hour. I would definitely recommend Precision Door Service.

After my daughter crashed in to the garage door, I needed the door repaired quickly because I could not close up and secure my garage. I called Precision and spoke with Cassie who understood my security concerns and helped me schedule a repair appointment within 24 hours. She was polite, efficient, and pleasant. Precision did an excellent job of presenting their technicians and safety proceedures. I knew exactly who would be coming to my home and and what time. The technician, Jason, was polite and very helpful. He figured out the least expensive way to repair the garage door and completed his work with little fuss or mess. My overall experience with Precision is five stars!

What a GREAT company to deal with.. We had a slight bump in the road on Thursday when Kevin came out to install a opener I purchased from Home Depot. He told me that Precision did not install store bought openers and there was a misunderstanding and new company policies?? He did have LiftMaster openers on his truck that he would install however?? With that said I received a call from your office while Kevin was still here and she rescheduled Jim R to come today and install my "Store Bought" opener..Jim did a fantastic job,was more than friendly and the install was perfect.. GREAT job Jim R and thank you.. Your customer service is GREAT !!
